I Exercise To Get Rid Of Stomach Fat
People often ask me why I chose to incorporate exercise into my daily lifestyle. I usually tell them that they would not believe me if I told them that only 5 years ago I was 150 pounds heavier than I am today. I hit my lowest point and finally decided to do something about it. I decided that in order for me to get rid of stomach fat, I was going to have to work. I knew it would be tough but I made a promise to myself to not give up. To this day I have not missed more than a single day during the week. I hope this inspires others to do the same.
